Online booking and client management for AM Verwaltungsdienste
Mirzet Ahmetović helps people in Graz with Austrian authorities, tax refunds and child benefit. His clients messaged him on Facebook and WhatsApp, and his records lived in spreadsheets. Today they book online, and everything about a client is in one place.

Before: Facebook, WhatsApp and spreadsheets
Before the project there was no website. Clients got in touch through Facebook and above all WhatsApp, so many that the messages were hard to keep up with. Appointments were agreed in chat. Client records sat in Excel sheets, and documents were saved somewhere on the computer, not tied to the client they belonged to.
The brief
Two goals. First, a website where clients book an appointment themselves instead of sending a message. Second, one organised place for all client records that replaces the spreadsheets, with every document stored with the right client.
The website: bilingual, with online booking
Most of his clients speak Bosnian; the authorities speak German. So the website is bilingual: Bosnian as the main language, German under /de. It explains the services, from tax refunds and child benefit to accompanying clients to authorities, answers common questions and shows what clients say. Appointments are booked online and land straight in his Microsoft calendar. Anyone who prefers to write reaches WhatsApp in one tap, with a message already prepared.

The client app: everything about a client in one place
The web app is Mirzet's internal workspace. He sees new, ongoing and past clients at a glance. Every client has their own document folder, so papers are uploaded straight to the client instead of ending up somewhere on the computer. That keeps the work organised and makes documents far harder to lose.

Security
The app holds personal data and documents, so it is secured accordingly:
- Login with two-factor authentication via an authenticator app
- Documents in private storage, only reachable through links that expire after 60 seconds
- Uploads limited to PDF, images and Word files up to 10 MB, no file types that can run code
- Deleting a client deletes their documents too
Result
More and more clients book their appointment through the website. Some still write on WhatsApp, and that's fine. Mirzet uses the client app regularly. He says it has changed his business a great deal: he works faster and more cleanly, and he likes how the app looks. He is delighted with the website and how we worked together, and wants to recommend Hodzic Studio to others.
